職責描述
Job Responsibilities
1、業務開拓,負責制定本區域銷售政策及市場發展計劃,按照計劃實施,開拓市場;了解市場及行業信息,對競品信息進行收集,制定對應策略;負責應收賬款的清收;
2、客戶拓展:制定客戶拜訪計劃,引入核心大客戶;通過對經銷商跟進項目的分析,幫助經銷商制定合理的計劃并跟進具體項目;
3、項目管理:根據區域市場工程項目建設情況,進行項目走訪報備,促進項目中標落地;根據項目報貨進度,對項目甲方、總包、施工商進行拜訪,協助處理項目問題;
4、服務管理:協助客戶進行訂單報貨,確保產品及時送達工地;協助客戶及時處理客戶投訴,確保客訴問題第一時間解決。
1.Business Development: Formulate and implement sales policies and market development plans for the designated region. Expand the market by executing these plans, gathering market and industry information, and analyzing competitive products to develop appropriate strategies. Responsible for the collection of accounts receivable.
2.Client Expansion: Develop and execute client visit plans to attract key clients. Assist distributors by analyzing their project follow-ups and helping them create and implement reasonable plans for specific projects.
3.Project Management: Conduct project visits and reporting based on the construction status of regional market projects to ensure successful project bids and implementation. Visit the project owner, general contractor, and subcontractors according to the project delivery schedule to assist in resolving project issues.
4.Service Management: Assist clients with order placements to ensure timely product delivery to construction sites. Help clients promptly handle complaints to ensure that issues are resolved immediately.
任職要求
Job Requirements
1、有海外工作經歷,且有成功業務拓展案例經驗;
2、英語或小語種(俄語、阿拉伯語、西班牙語等)聽說讀寫流利或其他語種可商務談判;
3、具備一定的產品知識,具有豐富的銷售行業經驗和市場推廣能力;
4、良好的溝通與突發問題解決能力、商務禮儀技巧、談判技巧;
5、精通招標、投標、報價流程及具備基本的網絡知識;
6、工程采購/營銷背景,涂料行業背景銷售工作經驗更佳
1. Overseas work experience with a proven track record of successful business development.
2. Proficiency in English or other languages (Russian, Arabic, Spanish, etc.) for fluent communication in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, or the ability to conduct business negotiations in other languages.
3. A solid understanding of products, extensive sales industry experience, and strong market promotion skills.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, business etiquette, and negotiation skills.
5. Expertise in tendering, bidding, and quotation processes, along with basic internet knowledge.
6. A background in engineering procurement/marketing, with experience in sales within the coatings industry being a plus.
